Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Refunds
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
If your item qualifies for an exchange, we will gladly issue store credit or exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange.
Refunds are only provided if:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Sagrado Jewelry for exchanges.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as Sagrado Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
If the exchange is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect, Sagrado Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.
Inspection
All returned jewelry is carefully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Store Credit
Approved exchanges may be issued as store credit, which never expires and may be used toward any future purchase at Sagrado Jewelry.
